We provide customers with;

  1. Research Framework Design and Fieldwork assignments: we handle extensive research for clients enabling them to have updated data, market trends, and best practices necessary for strategic decision making. We have in-house statisticians, sample modelling scientists, and data analysts who employ various approaches for data collection. We can undertake national and multi-country surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, long-term research panels, ethnography, and semiotic and content analysis monitoring missions. We also can peer review research, refine methodologies, provide quality assurance, and disseminate research findings to key decision-makers and across popular platforms.

  2. Research Agenda Development: We undertake deep immersions and inquiries to develop research agenda/ position papers in a particular topic or body of knowledge to allow clients to have deeper insights into an emerging issue in practice, policy, or regulation. This involves distilling complex data and research findings into clear, relevant, and compelling narratives through extensive literature reviews, hackathons, learning forums, conferences, and in-depth interviews with sector experts.

  3. Innovation Generation: Using systems thinking and human-centered design thinking approaches, we enable organizations to think through their innovation ambitions and develop an innovation vision board that defines the change and culture processes that will support the innovation programme within the organization. We support our clients in exploring emerging trends, and disruptive technologies, and arrive at new approaches to problem-solving.

  4. Solution Design and Prototyping: We leverage our research portfolio and work with clients to co-create products, processes and solutions tailored to specific challenges or opportunities. This may involve designing prototypes, conducting pilot projects, and iterating based on feedback and insights.





    • Knowledge Management: We support organizations to create internal knowledge production processes based on experience garnered from project implementation and emerging best practices in the sector.
